Referendum Notice The AMFA – Alaska Airlines Negotiating Committee has called for a referendum regarding a Tentative Agreement (TA) to change the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Copies of the complete text of proposed changes to the CBA will be available for your inspection at your Local, on the AMFA National Web site at www.amfanatl.org under the heading "Elections and Referenda," or by clicking here. Votes for this referendum will be cast using the TrueBallot Inc., WebVote® and TeleVote® systems. All active AMFA members in good standing employed by Alaska Airlines under the Mechanics and Related Collective Bargaining Agreement are eligible to vote in this referendum. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been paid in full is a member in bad standing and, therefore, their vote will be cancelled in this referendum. Members are strongly urged to resolve any arrearage prior to this referendum being conducted. The Referendum Notice and Instructions were mailed to eligible voters at the address on file with AMFA National Administration as of September 22, 2005. Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions in the mail by October 6, 2005, or anyone having questions about the voting process, should contact the AMFA Election Coordinator at 603-527-9212. The voting period for this referendum will commence at 3:00 PM ET on September 22, 2005, and will end at 10:00 AM ET on October 14, 2005, the day of the tally.
